IBM needed to create a versions of their educational software with a lower price point that could be sold at Walmart. This was accomplished by breaking their larger retail versions into smaller modules and packaging the modules separately.

The new Brain Bytes packaging was created to encapsulate each module and to fit Walmart's size requirements.
